VP of Growth (Brand Revolution)

The VP of Growth will lead Brand Revolution’s efforts to drive growth across new and existing clients. You will be the engine behind our outbound business development, identifying and securing high-value opportunities while elevating the agency’s presence across key sectors.

This is a senior, commercially driven role focused on delivering intelligent, scalable growth. You will help shape our go-to-market strategy, unlock opportunities within enterprise organizations, and partner across internal teams to craft and pitch bold, insight-led solutions.

We are looking for vision, value, and long-term commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Growth & New Business Leadership
  • Lead the agency’s new business and go-to-market strategy across all verticals

  • Develop and execute a proactive outreach plan targeting enterprise and growth-stage brands

  • Qualify and shape opportunities that align with our capabilities, creative ambition, and commercial goals

  • Build and manage a high-performing new business engine, from pipeline generation through to pitch, proposal, negotiation, and close

  • Once closed, hand off new business to internal account teams, supporting early-stage client onboarding to ensure a smooth transition and long-term success

  • Continuously refine positioning, targeting, and messaging to improve conversion rates and client fit

  • Establish and own revenue and performance targets related to new business acquisition, reporting regularly to executive leadership

Client Expansion & Revenue Growth
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Events, Media, Social, and Accounts teams to develop impactful, insight-led proposals

  • Brief and steer internal teams to deliver high-impact, client-relevant responses

  • Maintain visibility on early-stage client performance, identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the Account team

  • Bring back market intelligence and client feedback to help evolve our service offering and sharpen competitive positioning

Commercial Leadership & Sales Infrastructure
  • Maintain and optimize use of the CRM to track pipeline health, lead status, and sales performance with precision

  • Ensure forecasting and reporting are data-led and transparent, providing leadership with actionable insight

  • Structure deals that balance competitiveness with commercial viability, aligning to both client objectives and agency profitability

  • Cultivate senior-level relationships with CMOs, brand leaders, and procurement stakeholders to deepen engagement and shorten deal cycles

Market Positioning & Brand Representation
  • Act as a senior ambassador for Brand Revolution by building market visibility through industry events, networking engagements and forums.

  • Set the tone for commercial excellence and consultative selling across the agency

Operational & Team Excellence
  • Align new business efforts with overall revenue and profitability goals across global regions

  • Champion strong internal alignment across accounts, creative, strategy, production, and delivery teams to ensure seamless pitch-to-delivery handovers.

  • Drive sales effectiveness through structured outreach, performance analysis, and continuous improvement of processes.

This role demands a results-driven leader with a strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of the agency and marketing landscape. You should have a track record of winning and growing enterprise-level business, building senior client relationships, and driving meaningful commercial outcomes.
