This role is centered on designing and building advanced AI-driven solutions that directly support the digital transformation of a global organization in the energy sector. You will work on the development of a corporate AI platform, leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models, and intelligent agents to automate and enhance complex business processes. The position requires strong engineering expertise combined with hands-on experience in AI solution architecture and backend development. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. This is a highly technical and strategic role where you will act as a key reference point for AI engineering practices. It is ideal for professionals passionate about building production-grade AI systems with real business impact in an innovation-driven environment.
- Design, develop, and evolve AI-powered solutions using Generative AI and Large Language Models to support enterprise-scale use cases.
- Build and maintain intelligent agents and multi-agent workflows using modern frameworks and architectural patterns.
- Develop backend services and APIs to integrate AI capabilities into corporate systems and business platforms.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, engineering standards, and best practices for the evolution of the AI platform.
- Implement solutions based on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering techniques, and model evaluation strategies.
- Ensure scalability, security, observability, and performance of AI-driven applications in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Support the team in solving complex technical challenges and adopting emerging AI technologies.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Python for backend development and production-grade software engineering.
- Solid hands-on experience building Generative AI solutions and working with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
- Experience implementing RAG systems, prompt engineering techniques, and LLM-based applications.
- Strong knowledge of FastAPI or equivalent frameworks for API development.
- Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and system integration.
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments, preferably Azure.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development workflows.
- Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in technical teams.
- Experience with observability tools and production system monitoring is a plus.
