  • Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solution alignment, feasibility, and long-term scalability.
  • Lead architecture governance activities, design reviews, and enforcement of best practices across implementation teams.
  • Support pre-sales activities including solution estimation, proposal development, and architecture positioning.
  • Oversee integration strategies across cloud and on-premise systems, ensuring consistency and performance optimization.
  • Guide teams in adopting modern architecture principles and ensuring adherence to insurance domain best practices.
Requirements:
  • 10–15+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 5+ years in Majesco solution architecture roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with the Majesco platform across Property & Casualty and/or Life & Annuity & Health domains.
  • Deep understanding of insurance business processes including Policy, Billing, and Claims workflows.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise solution architecture, system design, and integration architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and modern enterprise architecture patterns.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to define and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills in enterprise environments.
  • Ability to balance strategic architecture design with practical implementation considerations.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate between $63 and $68 per hour
  • Remote work opportunity across the United States and Canada
  • Long-term contract engagement with extension potential
  • Exposure to large-scale insurance transformation programs across P&C and L&AH domains
  • Opportunity to shape enterprise architecture standards and solution strategy
  • Work with modern cloud-based insurance platforms and integration ecosystems
  • High-impact, senior-level architectural responsibility in complex environments
  • Collaborative engagement with senior business and technology stakeholders
