Support community reintegration activities to promote independence and functional carryover
Implement individualized therapeutic exercise programs based on patient needs
Provide motivation, education, guidance, and support to patients
Provide patient education that includes but is not limited to:
Pertinent findings of assessment
Treatment expectations
Importance of compliance with program participation
Health, lifestyle, and wellness education for long-term outcomes
Maintain appropriate progression of patients based on clinical protocols and functional goals
Additional Expectations

Travel to other IOH clinic locations as needed to support patient care, program coverage, and operational needs
