Job Description
Join a Growing Building Restoration Team
We are seeking a motivated Waterproofing Technician to join our team performing commercial building restoration throughout the Suburban Philadelphia region. If you have experience working on building exteriors and take pride in quality craftsmanship and safety, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Install and replace exterior building sealants and expansion joints
- Perform commercial waterproofing and weatherproofing repairs
- Apply facade coatings and protective coatings to concrete, masonry, and other building surfaces
- Complete concrete repair and restoration work
- Perform masonry repairs including brick, block, and mortar restoration
- Safely operate power tools and restoration equipment
- Work from aerial lifts, swing stages, scaffolding, and ladders while following all safety procedures
- Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting project schedules

Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Exterior building sealants (caulking)
- Waterproofing
- Masonry restoration
- Concrete repair
- Facade coatings or commercial painting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating aerial lifts (Boom Lift, Scissor Lift)
- Suspended scaffold (Swing Stage) experience
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Experience with commercial restoration or high-rise buildings
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs independently and ability to bend.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors.
- Comfortable working at heights
- Extensive standing and walking.
