The team at Dental Studio Pediactrics located in Windsor, ON is looking for a passionate, hard-working Certified Dental Assistant on a full-time basis.

We are seeking a caring, energetic, and compassionate Certified Dental Assistant Level II to join our pediatric dental team. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with children and is dedicated to providing an exceptional patient experience in a fun, supportive environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Certified Dental Assistant Level II (CDA II) in good standing.
• Previous pediatric dental experience is considered an asset.
• Enjoys working with children and helping create a positive, comfortable dental experience.
• Comfortable assisting with pediatric patients while they are under sedation and/or general anesthesia.
• Willing and able to work in a hospital setting when required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient care, safety, and infection prevention and control (IPAC).

SCHEDULE:

• 32 hours per week
• Monday-Thursday with occasional Fridays

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Completion of a Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level II
• Registered or in process of registering with the Ontario Dental Assistant Association
• We are also open to those licensed in other Canadian province(s)
• New graduates welcome
• Experience with dental practice management software such as AbelDent is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
