This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive growth within the rapidly evolving payments and fintech ecosystem. In this role, you will lead strategic business development initiatives, cultivate relationships with enterprise clients, and manage complex sales opportunities from prospecting through closing. Working closely with product and marketing teams, you will help shape go-to-market strategies while bringing innovative payment solutions to market. - Own the full B2B sales cycle, managing opportunities from outbound prospecting and qualification through negotiation, closing, and successful handoff.
- Develop and execute strategic outbound sales initiatives targeting key decision-makers across enterprise and mid-market organizations.
- Build trusted relationships with prospective clients by understanding their business objectives and presenting tailored payment solutions that address their challenges.
- Create compelling business cases that demonstrate the value of adopting modern payment technologies and successfully displacing incumbent providers.
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies, provide customer insights, and contribute to product evolution.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, consistently achieve revenue targets, and identify opportunities to expand market presence within the payments industry.
- Represent the organization professionally while fostering long-term customer relationships that support sustainable business growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a strong focus on payments technology, fintech, or closely related industries.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets.
- Experience managing enterprise or mid-market sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to build persuasive business cases.
- Excellent understanding of payment technologies, financial services, or adjacent sectors such as mobile applications or gaming.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to simplify complex technical solutions for diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of professional experience and demonstrated sales success.
