This is a hybrid role sitting at the intersection of creative production, systems design, and AI experimentation, where you will help redefine how learning content is created and scaled. You will operate as both a builder and an innovator, experimenting with emerging AI tools to improve production workflows and elevate output quality. The role requires a strong blend of design craft and systems thinking, with the ability to move from ideation to testing, documentation, and team enablement. You will play a key role in shaping scalable processes that transform how educational and training assets are produced. This is a highly autonomous position where initiative, curiosity, and operational rigor are essential. You will not only refine workflows but also help embed them across a global production environment.
- Research, evaluate, and experiment with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance learning content production workflows
- Design, test, and refine end-to-end creative and production processes until they meet defined quality and scalability standards
- Document and standardize validated workflows to ensure consistent adoption across production teams
- Train and enable team members on new tools, systems, and production methodologies developed through experimentation
- Build high-quality learning materials, courses, and visual assets using optimized AI-assisted workflows
- Own initiatives from strategy through execution, including testing, operationalization, and ongoing iteration
- Collaborate across teams to integrate new production approaches into existing systems and processes
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop for design and content creation
- Solid understanding of core design principles including typography, composition, and color theory
- Experience in data visualization and visual storytelling for educational or instructional content
- Demonstrated curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools, with a habit of independent experimentation
- Ability to design and optimize systems, moving from prototyping to structured documentation and training
- Strong self-management skills with the ability to lead open-ended projects with minimal supervision
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of creative design, production operations, and learning development
- Strong communication skills with the ability to teach and transfer knowledge effectively to others
