  • Monitor and track progress of strategic initiatives; ensuring local and global leaders are equipped with relevant insights and status updates
  • Build a strong partnership with the global Chief of Staff community and Executive Assistants to facilitate anticipated planning and coordination of key meetings and events
  • Continuously improve the CEO’s executive operating rhythm (cadences, agendas, decision forums, reporting, and follow-ups) to strengthen alignment, performance, and engagement across teams.
  • Lead and/or coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and outcomes are met—triaging urgent issues, recommending solutions, and driving initiatives to resolution.

Executive Communications

  • Collaborate with the Chief Sustainability and Communications Officer for internal and external communications to ensure messages reflect CEO’s voice, enterprise priorities, and market context.

Organizational Alignment and Transformation

  • Translate enterprise strategy into execution by mobilizing leaders, removing obstacles, and driving accountability to measurable outcomes including research, analysis, and synthesizing information to support executive decision-making.
  • Plan, attend, and follow up on executive meetings, ensuring actionable outcomes and accountability, and connect teams and leaders, fostering alignment and collaboration across departments.
  • Develop and tailor strategy narratives for key audiences (NorAm Leadership Team, COMEX, global partners, and external stakeholders), translating complex topics into clear priorities and choices.
