  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers, promoting best practices in coding, DevOps, and testing
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, process optimization, and system scalability
Requirements:

This position requires strong technical expertise in enterprise development environments, along with proven leadership experience in federal or regulated programs:

  • Strong hands-on experience with: C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, SQL Server, and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, XML)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and modern SDLC practices
  • Strong understanding of release management, testing strategies, and deployment processes
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive/non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with federal compliance and performance standards (e.g., IRS or similar frameworks)
  • U.S. Citizenship required with eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or higher clearance
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments
Benefits:
