Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant in Aventura, Florida at ChiroCare of Florida

ChiroCare of Florida is looking for a Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant to join our team! We are looking for someone who is energetic, dependable, friendly, and enjoys working directly with patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will work closely with our doctors and patients to help provide a positive and effective treatment experience.

• Assist patients with chiropractic treatments and therapies as directed by the doctor
• Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and stretches
• Work with patients on exercises using equipment such as resistance bands, stability balls, balance equipment, and other rehabilitation tools
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure patients are performing them safely and correctly
• Assist with patient positioning and preparation for treatment
• Monitor patients during exercises and therapies and communicate any concerns to the doctor
• Provide friendly and professional patient service throughout the visit
• Assist with front-desk and administrative responsibilities, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, and collecting payments
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Help keep treatment areas clean, organized, and ready for patients
• Work as part of a team to keep the clinic running efficiently

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Previous healthcare, chiropractic, rehabilitation, medical assistant, or patient-care experience is preferred
• Comfortable working directly with patients and demonstrating exercises
• Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with patients
• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask
• Willing to learn and follow clinical instructions
• Comfortable performing both patient-care and administrative duties
