Quality Manager in Orlando, Florida at Gas Turbine Efficiency LLC

The Quality Manager leads, maintains, and continuously improves the company's Quality Management System in accordance with AS9100D/ISO 9001:2015 and applicable customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements. Serving as the key authority for product quality and QMS compliance, this role works cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, and Warehouse/Logistics to identify risks, resolve quality issues, improve processes, and drive a strong culture of quality and accountability.

• 5+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working within an AS9100D and/or ISO 9001 certified QMS
• Strong knowledge of audits, corrective actions, root cause analysis, NCR/CAPA, and supplier quality
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Leadership experience and a passion for continuous improvement
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred
• Precision manufacturing, machining, fabrication, or assembly experience preferred
