Front of House Manager – Atomic Cowboy/ Denver Biscuit Company at Stanley Marketplace

Atomic Cowboy — home to Denver Biscuit Company & Fat Sully’s Pizza — is looking for a driven Front of House (FOH) Manager to lead our crew at our Stanley Marketplace Location.

What You’ll Do

• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule the FOH staff while staying within labor budgets. Build a supportive culture by conducting regular team meetings, leading 1-on-1s, and driving ongoing team development.
• Operations & Financials: Own the numbers. Manage end-of-week invoicing, P&L reviews, weekly forecasting, sales data, chargebacks, and purchase order journals. Take charge of your Areas of Responsibility (AORs) to optimize profitability and control expenses.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to deliver exceptional, high-energy hospitality. Step in to support the team wherever necessary, handle customer concerns with respect and empathy, and keep the dining room and bar running smoothly.
• Standards & Safety: Uphold impeccable health, safety, and cleanliness standards, consistently conducting food safety reviews and maintaining FOH health codes.

What You Bring

• Experience: 3–5 years in the food and beverage industry with proven restaurant management experience.
• Operational Expertise: Working knowledge of general restaurant ops, personnel management, food planning, sanitation codes, and purchasing.
• Financial Acumen: A proven track record of managing operating costs in accordance with budgets.
• Leadership Traits: Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks. You are kind, honest, and take pride in what you do.
• Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand and walk for long periods (100% of shift), navigate stairs (75%), reach/bend/stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment: Must successfully complete our Manager in Training (MIT) program.

SALARY: $60,000-$70,000/ year
