Virtual Sales Consultant

Location: Remote

Compensation: 60,000–70,000 base + uncapped bonus

About the RoleThe Virtual Sales Consultant is dedicated to one practice and performs the same responsibilities as an in-office Sales Consultant, completely virtually.You will own the patient sales journey from consultation through treatment acceptance, including patient education, financing, follow-up and case conversion. While remote, you are a fully integrated member of your assigned practice team and work closely with the doctor and practice leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual patient consultations from start to finish
• Build strong patient relationships and understand their goals, concerns and barriers to treatment
• Partner with the doctor to communicate treatment recommendations
• Present treatment investment and available payment options
• Complete financing applications and help patients navigate funding solutions
• Drive same-day starts, case acceptance and collections
• Own follow-up for patients who do not move forward the same day
• Maintain accurate patient notes and pipeline activity
• Participate in practice meetings, training and sales development
• Consistently meet established sales and performance expectations

What We’re Looking For:We are looking for someone who is competitive, compassionate and confident having conversations about both treatment and money. You should be able to build trust quickly, handle objections, follow up relentlessly and take ownership of your results.Dental sales experience is preferred, but strong high-ticket sales experience and a proven ability to close is highly valued.

Compensation: 60,000–70,000 base salary + uncapped performance-based bonus.

This is not a shared virtual sales position. You are dedicated to one practice and function as that practice’s Sales Consultant.
