Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Fabricator to join our team. This position will focus on fabricating chain link and ornamental iron gates and fence panels. The ideal candidate has hands-on welding and fabrication experience, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is comfortable working from measurements, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate chain link and ornamental iron gates and fence panels according to project specifications.
• Measure, cut, fit, weld, and assemble metal components.
• Perform MIG welding and other welding processes as needed.
• Read and interpret measurements, drawings, and fabrication specifications.
• Operate welding equipment, grinders, saws, drills, and other fabrication tools.
• Inspect completed work to ensure proper fit, alignment, dimensions, and overall quality.
• Make adjustments and repairs as needed to meet project specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of welding and/or metal fabrication experience required.
• Experience fabricating gates, fence panels, or similar metal structures preferred.
• Experience with chain link and/or ornamental iron is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with welding equipment and common fabrication tools.
• Ability to read measurements and follow drawings or specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
