As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will transform billions of daily events into reliable, scalable, and actionable data products. You’ll design pipelines, models, dashboards, and analytics tools that enable teams and customers to make confident, data-driven decisions. The role combines advanced technical expertise with strong business and product understanding, ensuring that data solutions answer meaningful questions rather than simply moving or storing information. You’ll work with SQL, Python, and distributed data systems operating at exceptional scale. Collaboration with analysts, engineers, and product managers will be central to translating business needs into high-quality data products. • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data models that power analytics, reporting, and business decision-making.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that make complex behavioral data accessible, reliable, and actionable.
• Partner with business and product stakeholders to define, document, and validate meaningful business metrics rather than simply implementing predefined requirements.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, reliability, and performance across systems processing billions of events.
• Collaborate with analysts, software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate business questions into well-designed data models and solutions.
• Work extensively with SQL, Python, and distributed data technologies to process and model large-scale datasets.
• Build data products that support teams across the organization and, where relevant, customer-facing or embedded analytics experiences.
• Take ownership of analytics areas end-to-end, from understanding the underlying business problem through implementation, validation, and ongoing improvement.
• Contribute to the evolution of modern analytics infrastructure, modeling practices, orchestration, and data tooling.

• Strong professional experience building data pipelines, data models, analytics tooling, and other production-grade data solutions.
• Expert-level SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed data systems.
• Strong Python experience for data processing, automation, analytics, or internal tooling.
• Experience with modern analytics engineering stacks and tools such as dbt, Airflow, or comparable modeling and orchestration technologies.
• Strong understanding of business metrics, including how to define, validate, interpret, and communicate them effectively.
• Understanding of product funnels and ecommerce metrics such as revenue, conversion, engagement, and customer behavior.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements and business questions into robust data models, dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ownership and ability to manage an analytics domain end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to data quality, consistency, scalability, and performance.
• Experience developing customer-facing or embedded analytics is a plus.
• Previous experience working in ecommerce is a plus.
• Interest in working with large-scale behavioral data, search, personalization, AI, or other data-intensive products is a plus.

• Competitive base salary of $80,000–$120,000 USD, depending on knowledge, skills, experience, and interview results.
