Our Customer Service & Supply Chain team is the connective tissue between our brewery and our customers — keeping orders, complaints, and accounts moving without a hitch.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support our Supply Chain Manager in keeping the end-to-end process — from brewery to customer — running smoothly across our assigned states. You'll be the point person for order accuracy, complaint resolution, and strong customer relationships, with visibility into both supply chain and international distribution processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

? Support a smooth, end-to-end supply chain process between the brewery and our customers

? Receive, process, and confirm customer orders accurately and on time

? Manage complaint intake, resolution, and customer follow-up

? Oversee the complete process for beer and returnables

? Support reconciliation of customer accounts with breweries and Finance

? Build and maintain positive, lasting customer relationships

? Help identify and implement improvements to supply chain and customer service processes

WHAT YOU BRING

Must-haves:

? University education and/or relevant trade experience

? At least 1 year of experience in a transport, logistics, or sales operations role

? General knowledge of the ordering process, and delivery and payment terms

? Familiarity with supply chain concepts — production, warehousing, and distribution

? Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

? Fluent in English

Nice-to-haves:

? Familiarity with international logistics/distribution terminology

? Experience with SAP or other ERP business process systems

? A second language

PAY & SCHEDULE

? Salary: $60,000/year

? Schedule: Monday–Friday, core office hours, 8:00am–5:00pm
