  • Conduct product training sessions and create educational resources that help customers get greater value from the platform.
  • Create or contribute to support materials such as tutorials, documentation, videos, and other self-service resources.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to improve support workflows and develop solutions that efficiently address customer needs.
  • Share customer feedback, recurring pain points, and behavioral insights with product teams to support product development strategies.
  • Approach customer interactions with empathy, respect, urgency, and a strong commitment to protecting users' privacy.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with customers or users and solving a broad range of problems.
  • Professional experience in the technology sector is required, along with a strong interest in technology, industry developments, and emerging trends.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technically knowledgeable and privacy-conscious audiences.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the adaptability to investigate unfamiliar issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Ability to learn new products, technologies, and workflows quickly and become a trusted source of product knowledge.
  • Strong customer-first mindset with a genuine commitment to privacy, security, and ethical use of the internet.
  • Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams to investigate issues, evaluate options, and determine the best solution for customers.
  • Ability to work with urgency and maintain high standards in a fast-moving support environment.
  • Experience working in a startup or growth-stage technology company is preferred.
