This fully remote role provides essential administrative and operational support to a growing, fast-paced team.
You will help keep schedules, communications, records, systems, and priorities organized while ensuring important details never fall through the cracks.
The position offers broad exposure to scheduling, CRM and ATS management, research, partner coordination, and business operations.
You will work closely with leadership and experienced professionals in a collaborative environment where initiative and ownership are highly valued.

- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to leadership and the wider team, including participating in meetings, tracking priorities, monitoring action items, and following up on outstanding tasks.
- Manage calendars, scheduling, calls, appointments, and travel arrangements while ensuring commitments and priorities are coordinated effectively.
- Monitor and organize leadership inboxes, prioritize communications, and help ensure messages and requests receive timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records, digital folders, Google Drive files, and other business documentation.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate information across CRM, Applicant Tracking Systems, and task management platforms.
- Support affiliate and partner communications, relationship tracking, and related administrative coordination.
- Conduct online research, gather and organize information, and assist with special projects and broader business initiatives.
- Take ownership of additional administrative needs, proactively identify process improvements, and solve operational issues as they arise.
- Help maintain a positive, organized, and efficient working environment by anticipating needs and supporting the team with a high level of reliability and attention to detail.
- Bring at least 1 year of experience in an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or comparable administrative role, preferably within a remote environment.
- Be available to work 40 hours per week with significant overlap with U.S. Central Time business hours, generally within the 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT / 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CT window.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and strong follow-through.
- Have strong written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Be proficient with Google Drive and Google Workspace, including cloud-based file storage and digital documentation.
- Have strong calendar management, scheduling, online research, and information-gathering capabilities.
- Be comfortable working with digital systems and learning new technology, with CRM experience and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems considered a strong advantage.
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is preferred.
- Have reliable internet access and a dependable computer and home-office setup suitable for full-time remote work.
- Be capable of working independently and staying productive without constant supervision, while remaining collaborative and communicative with the broader team.

- Monthly base compensation: $800–$1,000 USD.
