Our Tennessee facility is growing, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our finishing department as Anodize Rackers/Packers.

Position Overview

The Anodize Racker/Packer plays a key role in our aluminum finishing process by loading and unloading aluminum extrusions onto anodize racks and preparing products for packaging and shipment. You’ll help ensure every product meets Jordan Aluminum’s strict quality standards while keeping the work environment safe and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Load unload aluminum extrusions onto/off anodize racks according to company procedures.

• Check products for quality and report any issues immediately to the supervisor or lead.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Pack finished aluminum products per customer specifications.
• Make and label boxes, and move products on pallets or conveyors as needed.
• Execute the daily production schedule to meet department goals.
• Support the anodize finishing process by maintaining accurate production data and documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement and uphold company KPI standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Finishing Manager or Anodize Supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production line experience (preferred)
• Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written instructions
• Familiarity with proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) use
• Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented attitude

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and twist throughout the shift
• Must be able to lift 10–50 lbs frequently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
