The Role

As a result of our robust growth, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator with a passion for marketing to join our team in our Saint John, NB office. This role is the organizational hub of the marketing team – supporting the execution and coordination of initiatives across both Retail and Foodservice channels, leading day-to-day management of social media content and customer-facing collateral, and helping projects move efficiently from concept to completion while maintaining brand consistency and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Marketing Promotion Coordination

  • Support the design, development and delivery of marketing collateral, including sell sheets, brochures, website content and presentations.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of marketing materials to ensure accuracy, grammar, formatting and brand compliance.
  • Lead the ongoing management and oversight of promotional content.
  • Facilitate successful customer interactions and tours, including coordination of meetings, customer cuttings/tastings and overall experience management (POS, gift planning, etc.).
  • Maintain marketing project trackers, timelines and status updates.

Digital Channels & Content Management

  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries and SharePoint folders, ensuring materials are current, accessible and properly archived.
  • Manage version control and distribution of marketing resources.
  • Support the development of the digital strategy internally and with external partners.

Administration, Data, Insights & Optimization

  • Manage administrative functions for the marketing team, including PO creation, budget tracking and POS sourcing.
  • Manage merchandise and apparel programs, including inventory tracking and brand/budget alignment.
  • Support the coordination of domestic and international shipments, including samples, POS and tradeshow collateral.
  • Assist in the management and execution of internal and external events.
  • Conduct market research and deliver recommendations to optimize marketing activities.
  • Lead the development and delivery of a monthly internal newsletter sharing market information and insights.

Project Management

  • Provide marketing support across various sub-brands and lead special projects as assigned.
  • Lead initiatives that support operational excellence for the Marketing team, including continuous improvement, process development and documentation.

What You Bring:

  • Post-secondary certificate or degree in marketing, communications, commerce or a related field.
  • Event planning, food industry and project management experience are considered an asset.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital platforms, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and MS Office/MS Suite.
  • Excellent written communication and proof-reading skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills – detail-oriented, self-starter and highly organized.
  • A solutions-focused, analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment while remaining flexible and adaptable to change.
  • A team player who is energetic, resourceful, reliable and timely – comfortable working independently and collaboratively to drive results across multiple projects.
