Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead based in the United States.
This is a senior operator role focused on identifying and solving the highest-impact challenges across the revenue engine.
You’ll work across the full revenue journey, from lead generation and conversion through enrollment, fulfillment, and recurring revenue.
Using data, process design, AI, and automation, you’ll uncover bottlenecks and turn insights into measurable improvements.
The role is highly hands-on, combining strategic problem solving with direct ownership of implementation and execution.
You’ll partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, RCM, Finance, Product, and Engineering on critical growth initiatives.
You’ll also help establish a strong revenue operating cadence, trusted analytics, and scalable systems and workflows.
This opportunity is well suited to an experienced builder who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and takes ownership from problem discovery through results.
- Continuously audit the revenue funnel to identify conversion gaps, bottlenecks, broken handoffs, manual processes, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze performance data to identify root causes, assess business impact, and prioritize the most valuable opportunities.
- Own high-priority revenue initiatives from problem definition and solution design through implementation, measurement, and iteration.
- Redesign processes and workflows to improve efficiency, conversion, visibility, speed, and team productivity.
- Identify and implement opportunities to use AI and automation to improve revenue performance and operational scalability.
- Lead the weekly revenue operating cadence, including funnel performance, forecasting, key drivers, risks, priorities, and action plans.
- Develop analytics, reporting, and leading indicators that provide visibility into revenue performance and emerging trends.
- Maintain consistent funnel definitions and ensure teams are operating from reliable, trusted data.
- Oversee CRM and revenue systems governance while collaborating with technical teams on broader systems implementations.
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into clear hypotheses, workplans, owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Bring together cross-functional stakeholders and drive projects forward without relying on direct authority.
- Challenge assumptions, make data-informed recommendations, and maintain accountability for execution.
- Measure the impact of process and system changes and iterate rapidly when results do not meet expectations.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience building and operating businesses, ideally in high-growth startups, strategy and operations, revenue operations, consulting, product, or similar environments.
- Proven track record of taking ambiguous, high-impact business problems from initial identification through implementation and measurable results.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently work with data and translate findings into action.
- Strong project management capabilities and the ability to coordinate complex initiatives across teams without direct reporting authority.
- Strong understanding of AI and automation, with the ability to identify where technology can fundamentally improve processes and ways of working.
- Strong business judgment, high ownership, low ego, and a strong bias toward action.
- Comfortable working deeply in operational details and building solutions rather than operating solely at a strategic or advisory level.
- Experience working in a fast-growing startup environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience as a founder, early-stage operator, or builder of new functions from the ground up is particularly relevant.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments where processes, ownership structures, and operating models may still be evolving.
- Healthcare industry experience is helpful but not required.
Benefits:
- Base salary range of $130,000–$200,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, and location.
- Eligibility for equity.
- Benefits package included with the role.
- Fully remote work environment.
- Opportunity to influence the performance and scalability of a broad revenue organization.
- High level of ownership over cross-functional, high-priority business initiatives.
- Hands-on opportunity to apply AI, automation, analytics, and process redesign to meaningful operational challenges.
- Direct exposure to senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, RCM, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
- Opportunity to build new processes, systems, and operating practices in a rapidly evolving environment.
