This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Product Management, Growth Platforms based in United States.
This leadership role owns the product strategy for the platforms that drive customer growth, engagement, and retention across digital and retail experiences. You will shape capabilities spanning promotions, loyalty, CRM, customer segmentation, and marketing data. A key focus will be building unified platforms that enable personalized offers and experiences across channels and customer segments. You will work closely with Marketing, Engineering, Data, Analytics, Operations, Finance, and business leaders to turn customer insights into measurable growth. The role combines long-term product strategy with hands-on platform development and experimentation. You will also lead, coach, and grow a team of Product Managers while establishing clear ownership across a broad growth technology portfolio.
- Define and execute a multi-year product strategy and roadmap covering promotions, loyalty, CRM, customer segmentation, and marketing data capabilities.
- Lead the development of a unified promotions and offers platform supporting multiple products, channels, customer segments, and promotional mechanics.
- Build scalable customer data and segmentation capabilities that enable actionable audiences, personalized experiences, and targeted offers.
- Partner with Marketing to strengthen CRM and lifecycle marketing capabilities, including targeting, activation, experimentation, and measurement.
- Develop shared growth platforms supporting online Sportsbook and Casino products alongside digital retail and loyalty experiences.
- Create flexible, self-service tools that enable Marketing and business teams to launch, manage, and optimize campaigns and offers with greater speed and independence.
- Partner with Data and Engineering teams on customer data architecture, event streams, integrations, decisioning, APIs, and measurement capabilities.
- Establish KPIs and experimentation frameworks to measure incremental impact and optimize investments in promotions, CRM, offers, and loyalty.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Product Managers while expanding the team and clarifying ownership across the Growth Platforms portfolio.
- Align senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and business functions around shared priorities and outcomes.
- Contribute to additional strategic and operational initiatives as required.
- 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years of people leadership experience.
- Proven experience building data-intensive growth, marketing, promotions, personalization, CRM, loyalty, or customer data platforms at scale.
- Deep understanding of customer and marketing data, including segmentation, audience creation, behavioral data, activation, experimentation, and measurement.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex customer datasets into actionable segments, targeting strategies, and personalized customer experiences.
- Strong technical fluency, with experience partnering with Engineering and Data teams on architecture, platforms, APIs, event streams, integrations, and decisioning systems.
- Experience developing internal platforms and tools used by Marketing, CRM, Growth, or other business teams to create and manage customer experiences.
- Ability to establish a multi-year product vision and translate it into focused roadmaps, priorities, and incremental business value.
- Strong analytical judgment and experience applying experimentation and measurement to understand incremental impact and optimize investment.
- Ability to operate effectively across customer experience, technology, data, marketing, and business strategy while creating alignment across complex organizations.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, influence, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with large-scale consumer platforms, marketplaces, commerce, fintech, travel, loyalty, retail, or similarly sophisticated personalization and lifecycle marketing environments is a plus.
- Competitive compensation package with a salary range of $185,000–$230,000 CAD.
