We’re hiring a Multi-Site Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) at Tavalo at Queen Creek Commons & Tavalo at Cadence in Queen Creek & Mesa, AZ. In this role, you will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while providing the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home.

Compensation
- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $75,000/year - $80,0000 /year.
- In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible to receive bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics.
- Minimum of 2+ years of community management and people leadership experience in luxury multifamily is required.
- Multi-site or multi-community management experience preferred.
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and build high-performing teams.
- Real Estate License is required.
- Strong customer service, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to effectively multitask and prioritize across multiple communities.
- Demonstrated financial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience driving leasing performance, occupancy, and community stabilization.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to engage residents, clients, vendors, and internal partners.
- Resman, Yardi, or similar property management system experience preferred.
- BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Basic understanding of written and verbal English.
In This Role You Will
- Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset
- Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning
- Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
- Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.
