Talent Acquisition Specialist in McKinney, Texas at Quality Collision Group LLC

Position Summary

Quality Collision Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting across our growing group of collision repair businesses nationwide. This is a hands-on recruiting role responsible for handling a high volume of candidate activity from application review through hiring. The right person will be organized, responsive, comfortable handling multiple openings at once, and proactive in searching for qualified candidates rather than relying only on incoming applicants.

Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Candidate Support
Review and screen applicants to identify qualified candidates and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Conduct phone screens and maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers to help keep the hiring process moving.

Job Posting & Sourcing
Create and maintain job postings for open positions.
Proactively source qualified candidates for open, priority, and hard-to-fill positions through multiple recruiting channels.
Support local and alternative recruiting efforts as needed.
Hiring & TA Support
Support offer, pre-employment, and onboarding handoff activities for selected candidates.
Provide backup coverage across TA responsibilities to support PTO and high-volume periods.
Assist with recruiting projects and other TA initiatives as needed.

Qualifications
2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or similar experience preferred.
Experience reviewing applicants and conducting phone screens.
Experience sourcing candidates through multiple recruiting platforms, resume databases, or similar tools.
Comfortable proactively contacting candidates who have not applied.
Experience working in an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred; Paychex Flex Hiring experience is a plus.
Strong organization, follow-up, and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple openings and a high volume of candidate activity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with hiring managers and candidates across multiple locations and time zones.
Collision repair or automotive recruiting experience is a plus.
