What We’re Looking For

• • 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience in heavy civil construction or a related industry
  • Proven success sourcing senior-level or leadership construction roles
  • Strong understanding of construction labor markets and candidate motivations
  • Comfortable working with autonomy, ownership, and strategic influence
