Job Description
The Junto is a modern-day embodiment of Ben Franklin and his club of the same name. His “club for mutual improvement” brought together people from all backgrounds to discuss issues and ideas of the time while enjoying life. With an emphasis on public gathering spaces, our hotel gives visitors, locals, entrepreneurs, and artists alike a place to come together, exchange ideas, and inspire one another. - Visually inspect quality of work and direct team members and outside contractors in tasks
- Assign supervise and verify completion of routine maintenance and operation of physical structure of the hotel
- Respond to emergencies
- Supervise remodeling projects or capital expenditure needs, including preparing and submitting budget estimates, progress and cost tracking
- Plan, prepare and monitor special projects
- Prior experience required
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Ability to effectively and efficiently lead a team
- Thorough knowledge of the property
- Work with outside vendors as needed on projects (bid projects, scope of work, timelines, etc.)
