Remote | Full-Time | Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM MST Tax Season Requirement: Availability to work Saturdays from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM MST

Are you experienced in U.S. tax preparation and looking to work with individual and business clients? We're seeking a Tax Preparer with strong knowledge of federal tax regulations and hands-on experience preparing complex tax returns.

What You'll Do Prepare and review Forms 1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065, and 1041. Handle Schedule C, Schedule E, amended returns, and estimated tax calculations. Communicate with clients and resolve tax-related discrepancies. Conduct tax research and ensure accurate, timely filings. Collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll teams. Requirements 3+ years of experience preparing U.S. individual and business tax returns. Strong experience with Forms 1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065, and 1041. Experience with Drake Tax (preferred) and QuickBooks. Excellent English communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Nice to Have PTIN, EA, CPA, or AFSP credentials. Experience with multi-state tax returns.
