Overview

Prof. Gianluca Violante (Princeton University) is seeking one Senior Research Specialist to work on research supporting the Global Repository of Income Dynamics (GRID) project. Currently, the Project includes 20+ countries, with further expansions planned over the coming years.

Note that this is a remote position, but the individual must be eligible to work in the US. Please see https://www.nber.org/hiring-research-assistant for details with regard to the requirements.

  • Strong quantitative skills and experience with coding and empirical research methods.
  • Candidates with prior research experience are strongly preferred, particularly those with programming experience in Stata, SAS, R, and/or Python.
