Position title: Program Manager II

Location: Uganda | (On-site)
Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in international development, Social Sciences, development studies and Health related management or relevant experience in related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant field-based project management experience required, with preferably at least 3 years’ working experience managing complex health, development, or health systems-strengthening programs in a leadership or management role.
• Experience in managing moderately complex projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public health, Health Systems Management, Health Services Administration, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in an international NGO an advantage
• Experience working in partnerships with local organizations and supporting partner-led implementation through technical accompaniment, capacity strengthening, coaching, and organizational development.
