Job Description

Work Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Hours may vary)

Essential Responsibilities

  • Recruit for all positions from sales to automotive technicians.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media and referrals.
  • Interview and screen potential candidates.
  • Manage and create job postings.
  • Communicate with the HR Manager and the Chief of Operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills
  • High School Diploma
  • One year of recruiting experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work every other Saturday.
  • Able to work at different locations in Dallas.
