Position Title: Knowles Production Operator

Location: Liberty, South Carolina

Responsibilities of a Production OperatorAssembly / Production

• Assemble metal or component parts using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or jigs following work instructions
• Read and follow basic assembly drawings, labels, and production instructions
• Load/unload parts and materials to support production flow
• Inspect parts for defects (fit, finish, missing hardware, paint coverage, etc.) and report issues to the lead/supervisor
• Package, label, and stage finished parts according to standard procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and follow 5S/lean expectations

Requirements / Qualifications of a Production Operator

• Manufacturing/assembly experience preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong work history may be considered
• Comfortable using hand tools (ex: drills, impact drivers, wrenches, measuring tools)
• Ability to follow written instructions and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift schedule
• Ability to stand/walk for most of the shift and lift up to 30–50 lbs (based on assignment)
• Willingness to follow all safety and PPE requirements
