Coating Technician in Clinton, Tennessee at SL Tennessee

• • To provide technical support with new project part design, troubleshoot production problems, debug
    production metalizing & masking start-ups

1) Complete the checklist at the start of the shift
2) Check the carriers for defects
3) Change fixtures, based on the production need
4) Provide support to the preproduction areas
5) Make electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic repairs to the machines
6) Fill-out shift reports
7) Preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance for the machines in the metalizing area
8) Preventive and corrective maintenance to the carriers or fixtures
9) Respond to any urgent issue due to substances in the area
10) File and maintain the documentation generated as
11) Comply with the quality and environment standards procedures and instructions (those applicable)
12) All those activities generated as a result of changes, requirements and/or improvement in the process of
the applicable area

Work Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in a light industrial manufacturing environment.

Education

• Prefer 6 sigma green belt
