Job Description
Reports To: FOH Manager / Assistant General Manager
Position Summary
Delivers a memorable guest experience by guiding guests through the menu, taking accurate orders, and
providing attentive service.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet guests, present menus, and provide informed recommendations.
• Take and enter orders accurately on the POS; communicate special requests and allergies.
• Deliver food and beverages, check back on tables, and pre-bus throughout service.
• Process payments and handle tickets with accuracy.
• Verify IDs and follow all responsible alcohol-service practices.
• Support team with side work, opening/closing duties, and silverware rolling.
Qualifications & Requirements
• 1+ year of serving experience in a tavern or full-service restaurant preferred.
• Valid alcohol-service certification where required by state or local law.
• Strong knowledge of menu, beer, wine, and cocktails (training provided).
• Friendly, attentive, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lb and be on their feet for 8 hours or more per shift.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
