Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the procurement process by sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing supplies and equipment needed for hotel operations

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality

- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages

- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to purchasing and receiving

- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to deliveries or orders

- Support cost control initiatives by tracking expenses and optimizing procurement processes

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or receiving within the hospitality or hotel industry preferred

- Strong organizational and time management skills
