  • Influence regional delivery execution, program assurance, global delivery methodology, product strategy, AI tooling, and partner ecosystem priorities through cross-functional leadership.

  • You demonstrate strong strategy-setting capabilities and can translate market, technology, and product shifts into clear multi-year capability priorities.
  • You have exceptional stakeholder influence and can build alignment across executives, regions, customers, partners, and technical organizations while maintaining an enterprise-wide perspective.
  • You possess strong technical credibility with senior architects and engineers and can engage with technical leaders as a peer as well as an executive.
  • You have demonstrated talent architecture and organizational transformation experience, including building future-ready leaders, evolving skills, and improving ways of working.
  • You bring strong executive presence and communicate with clarity, confidence, and credibility across cultures, organizational levels, and external audiences.
  • Experience with P&C insurance or another core-systems-driven regulated industry is strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience as a CTO, Chief Architect, or VP of Engineering within a services or product organization is preferred.
  • Experience building or scaling a global practice from an earlier-stage organization to enterprise scale is highly desirable.
