About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic, highly collaborative, B2B Product Marketing Manager to serve as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.

Demonstrates strong knowledge of product marketing best practices, including market analysis, positioning, messaging, go-to-market execution, product launches, and lifecycle management. Successfully brings new solutions to market while driving adoption, retention, and growth of existing products through strategic release management, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex business challenges, comfortable marketing AI capabilities and solutions, and can simplify technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions, differentiated from competitors, that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth.

The right candidate is an exceptional storyteller, strong writer, and critical thinker who is confident bringing forward ideas, challenging assumptions when needed, and influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization. They possess strong market awareness, understand buyer behavior and personas, define clear ICPs and know how to position solutions against competitors to win in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, solutions, and major releases.
  • Create differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities, trends, and market threats.
  • Define target markets, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and buying journeys.
  • Partner closely with Product Management to influence roadmap direction and ensure market needs are reflected in product strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional product launches, coordinating activities across Product, Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.
  • Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives that increase adoption, retention, expansion, and customer value for existing products.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities (including AI forward solutions) into clear, compelling customer-focused narratives and sales-ready messaging.
  • Enable sales teams with effective content, training, competitive intelligence, and customer value articulation.
  • Measure and optimize product marketing performance through customer insights, win/loss analysis, market feedback, and business results.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner, influencing stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and driving alignment across the organization.
  • Build compelling thought leadership, customer stories, and product content that strengthens market perception and competitive differentiation.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in SaaS, fintech, payments, technology, or related industries.
  • Track record developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding storytelling and content development capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex products and technical concepts into customer-focused business value.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience working closely with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, and Executive Leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Experience building sales enablement programs and competitive intelligence initiatives.
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills.
  • Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, or enterprise software marketing is a PLUS
