Success will depend on your ability to communicate clearly, manage outreach priorities, and consistently meet quality and performance targets.
You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues, managers, and external stakeholders in a structured and supportive environment.
This four-month contract is well suited to an energetic, organized professional who enjoys meaningful healthcare-focused interactions and working independently in a remote setting.

Accountabilities
  • Engage healthcare professionals and healthcare facility stakeholders through outbound calls to deliver approved program and service-related information.
  • Build positive professional relationships through knowledgeable, courteous, and customer-focused interactions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed established program KPIs, productivity targets, quality standards, and performance objectives.
  • Accurately record daily call activity, customer interactions, and required information in the CRM system.
  • Respond to customer questions and requests promptly, professionally, and in accordance with approved program guidelines.
  • Plan and prioritize assigned target lists to ensure effective and timely outreach coverage.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, departmental meetings, training programs, and client-sponsored educational activities.
  • Follow established processes, quality standards, compliance requirements, and program guidelines in all customer interactions.
  • Represent the organization’s professional values through reliable, ethical, customer-centric, and accountable behavior.
Requirements
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage healthcare professionals and other stakeholders confidently.
  • College or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer engagement, customer service, sales support, healthcare communications, contact center operations, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer- and patient-centric mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, managers, clients, and other business stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize outreach activities and manage assigned target lists effectively.
  • Professional, reliable, and accountable approach with the ability to balance individual ownership and teamwork.
  • Comfortable working toward measurable KPIs and performance objectives while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
  • Technologically confident and proficient with Microsoft Office and digital workplace tools.
  • Ability to accurately document customer interactions and maintain reliable CRM records.
  • Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken, is required when interacting with healthcare professionals in Quebec.
Benefits
  • Fully remote work opportunity within Canada.
  • Four-month contract position.
  • Competitive salary range of $50,000–$52,000 plus bonus.
  • Opportunity to contribute to healthcare-focused engagement programs and support meaningful customer experiences.
  • Structured training and participation in educational and professional development activities.
  • Collaborative environment with opportunities to work alongside healthcare engagement professionals.
  • Exposure to customer engagement, healthcare communications, and commercial services.
  • Flexible remote work environment that supports independent ownership and team collaboration.
