MaxxSouth Broadband is looking for a dependable and proactive Lead CPE Warehouse Technician to oversee inventory management, equipment distribution, and warehouse operations. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to lead daily activities, coordinate critical inventory processes, and serve as the primary resource for managing customer premises equipment (CPE) across MaxxSouth facilities. What You’ll Do:

• Manage inventory operations across multiple locations, including ordering, receiving, shipping, transfers, stock control, and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate equipment distribution and recovery for employees and contractors while maintaining detailed system documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, communicate shortages and inventory concerns to management.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and inventory management standards.
• Test, troubleshoot, maintain, and provision equipment, including converters and cable modems.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent – required
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record -required.
• Ability to walk, stand, stoop, sit, drive, hear, talk, and lift up to 75 pounds -required.
• Forklift operation experience – preferred
