At Domino's Pizza, our people always come first!Your Role in the Domino's Team-Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service and leave a great lasting impression on our customers.Greet customers warmly and professionally at their doorsteps, addressing any concerns or special requests.Take orders over the phone and via the web, providing clear and concise information about their orders and estimated delivery times.Delivery:Deliver our products to our amazing customers promptly and safely.Assemble orders and ensure they are packaged safely for delivery.Ensure the quality of products meets standards before delivery.Confirm vehicle is in safe working order before deliveries.Food Preparation and Service:Prepare and package food products to standard during non-delivery times.Assist with food preparation and packaging, ensuring all items meet Domino's quality standards.Operational Support:Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks, reporting any issues promptly to management.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.Deliver flyers/hangers along your route to promote new products, deals, and services.Handle cash and card transactions accurately.Team Support:Work as a team with coworkers to deliver outstanding guest experiences.Promote a respectful and inclusive team environment. Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older. Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years safe driving record. Clean driving record and background check. Must have access to an insured vehicle. Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area. Ability to lift and carry multiple boxes of pizza and other items. Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric attitude. Basic arithmetic skills for handling payments and making change. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, and all safety procedures and transportation laws.
