Maintenance Technician in East Norriton, Pennsylvania at American Dental Solutions

American Dental Solutions is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our dental offices throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. This is an immediate full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem solving, and taking ownership of repairs from start to finish.

The technician will be primarily based in Montgomery County and will support dental offices in that region.

The role will also include travel to Berks and Lancaster County locations as needed, especially initially while the technician gets acquainted with the position and its responsibilities. The technician will typically restock the company van at our Wyomissing shop approximately once per week or as needed.

Responsibilities:

• General facility maintenance and repair across multiple dental office locations
• Light plumbing, light electrical work, carpentry, painting, and cosmetic repairs
• Mechanical troubleshooting, practical problem solving, and preventive maintenance
• Diagnosing facility and equipment issues and completing reliable repairs
• Working independently while communicating clearly with the maintenance team Ideal Candidate
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset
• Honest, dependable, and comfortable working independently throughout the day
• Experience with dental or medical equipment is helpful, but not required
• Clean driver's license and driving record required for use of the company van

Compensation and Benefits:

• $25-$32 per hour, based on experience
