Job Summary
GSTV is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and execution-oriented Chief of Staff to the CEO to serve as a trusted advisor and operational partner to the Chief Executive Officer. This individual will act as an extension of the CEO, helping drive strategic priorities, facilitate decision-making, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure organizational alignment across the leadership team.
The Chief of Staff will operate at the center of the business, managing executive operating rhythms, board and investor readiness, leadership communications, and high-impact initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong business judgment with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership to the CEO
· Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO on strategic, operational, and organizational priorities.
· Translate company objectives into actionable plans and help drive execution across the business.
· Manage and monitor key initiatives, including progress, risks, decisions, milestones, and accountability.
· Lead special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
Executive Operations & Leadership Effectiveness
· Manage the CEO's priorities, calendar, and executive operating cadence to maximize effectiveness and focus.
· Prepare executive briefings, agendas, presentations, and decision-support materials.
· Ensure follow-through on commitments, action items, and leadership initiatives.
· Anticipate challenges and proactively address issues that may affect business operations.
Board & Investor Relations
· Lead the coordination and preparation of board materials, investor presentations, and executive reporting packages.
· Manage board meeting planning, timelines, communications, and follow-up activities.
· Partner with executive leadership to gather and synthesize information into executive-level presentations and recommendations.
· Support investor communications, diligence requests, and strategic reporting needs.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Communications
· Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure alignment on company priorities and objectives.
· Lead recurring leadership meetings, operating reviews, and executive planning sessions.
· Serve as a liaison among the CEO, executive leadership team, board members, investors, and external stakeholders.
· Draft and review executive communications, presentations, talking points, and company-wide messaging.
· Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications
Required:
· Exceptional project management, organizational, and execution skills.
· Strong business judgment and the ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
· Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
· Demonstrated ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience working closely with senior executives and handling highly confidential information.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word, and SharePoint.
· Ability to operate independently, anticipate needs, and drive outcomes with minimal direction.
Preferred:
· Experience serving as a Chief of Staff, Business Operations leader, Strategy leader, Management Consultant, or senior executive partner.
· Experience supporting a CEO or executive leadership team within a private equity-backed organization.
· Familiarity with board governance, investor relations, and executive reporting.
· Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Education and/or Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, Economics, Management, or a related field required.
· MBA or advanced degree preferred.
· 7+ years of progressive experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, Corporate Development, Executive Leadership Support, or related roles.
· Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational execution.
· Experience within a private equity-backed company, investment environment, management consulting firm, or other high-growth organization strongly preferred.
The pay range for this role is:180,000 - 230,000 USD per year(US)
