Branch Director in Columbus, Ohio at CAT Global

· Responsible for day-to-day operations of the branch

· Manage and coordinate all function relating to the business and key operations metrics.

· Lead the Branch Supervisors to the accomplishment of their goals.

· Recruiting and training of employees

· Direct oversight over financials of the branch

· Work with ownership in creating budgets.

· Identify and resolve workplace inefficiencies.

· Reporting (Financial and operational)

· Vendor Management for the branch

· Contract review with head office

· Ensure compliance of corporate procedures.

Bachelor degree in business, logistics or transportation related field including five (5) years of experience with 3PL transportation or inside brokerage sales. Proven ability to generate revenue from major customers. Experience working in a deadline-driven environment preferred.
