Job Description:

We help our patients and visitors live well by providing a clean and safe hospital. As an Environmental Services (Housekeeping) & Patient Transport Supervisor, you would:

· Coordinate scheduling and staffing of EVS Techs and Patient Transporters.

· Coordinate the day-to-day activities of frontline staff.

· Perform regular rounding and quality assurance inspections.

· Engage and motivate employees to complete their daily tasks.

· Provide onboarding and ongoing training/education to staff.

· Apply hospital and departmental policies and procedures

o Attendance, staffing, breaks, other compliance issues, etc.

o Staff evaluations and corrective action.

Required Skills:

· Excellent customer service & employee engagement skills

· Proficient and comfortable with daily use of computers

· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

· Work as part of a multidisciplinary team

· Able to delegate tasks

· Valid driver’s license is required

· Hospital experience is desired, but not required

Compensation

Minimum Pay: $21.40

Maximum Pay: $32.10
