Baylor Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

📍 Schedule:

  • Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Are you a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors? We are seeking a Caregiver/CNA who is passionate about providing exceptional resident care and helping individuals maintain their highest level of independence and quality of life.

Position Summary

As a Caregiver-Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide direct resident care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assist residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, comfort, and well-being. Your support will play a vital role in helping residents adapt and thrive in a safe, caring environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care and mobility.
  • Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
  • Encourage residents to maintain independence whenever possible.
  • Follow physician orders, care plans, company policies, and state and federal regulations.
  • Create positive interactions that enhance residents' quality of life.
Qualifications

✅ High School Diploma or GED required

✅ Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

✅ Successful completion of required CNA training and in-service education

✅ Minimum of three (3) months of experience performing basic nursing assistant duties preferred

✅ Must be at least 18 years of age (Department of Labor requirement)
