Production Painter Wanted — Join Our Manufacturing Team!
Second shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30 PM-1:00 AM off every other Friday- working Friday schedule 2:30 PM-12:00 AM
Do you have a steady hand and an eye for detail? We're looking for a Production Painter to join our team and help us deliver flawless, high-quality finishes on every part that leaves our shop floor.
What You'll Do
Operate and maintain spray painting equipment to apply precision finishes on a variety of materials and parts
Mix paints, coatings, and solutions to spec
Read and interpret work orders, engineering drawings, and specifications
Rack/un-rack parts and monitor drying for consistent, top-tier results
Inspect finished products against quality standards (ISO9001/AS9100)
Track production counts, log data, and route parts to the next department
Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safety-first
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior spray painting experience in a manufacturing setting (preferred)
Solid knowledge of paints, solvents, and their applications
Familiarity with ISO9001/AS9100 quality standards
Sharp attention to detail and a precise, controlled hand
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Flexibility to adapt as tasks and priorities shift
What It Takes Physically
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Good with bending, stooping, and reaching
Able to work around noise, dust, chemical vapors, and temperature changes
This is a designated safety-sensitive position.
