Manager-Supply Chain Distribution Essential Job Duties:
- Oversee the Coordinators and guides in decision making.
- Monitors performance of staff, evaluating efficiency and productivity. Tests employees on competencies on no less than an annual basis.
- Managers the PAR management system, stock levels, and potential obsolete stock to keep inventory accurate and meet the health system’s needs, which includes criticality and disaster preparedness.
- Oversee the Equipment Coordinator and their role with assets tracking and management.
- Works closely with Supply Chain Resources on supply availability and reports issues to the Director.
- Ensures physical inventory is completed on a routine basis and reported to the Director, Finance, and CFO as required.
- Manages the logistics of supply and equipment delivery.
- Rounds to departments to improve communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
Education, Training & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field strongly preferred.
- Supply chain experience preferred.
- Function grasp of standard written and verbal English.
- Accomplished at basic business math.
- Basic computer and computer keyboard experience.
- Flexible work schedule to meet the demands of the department.
- Experience in inventory methods preferred.
