Food Service Associate - Assisted Living Facility

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve meals to residents in a courteous and professional manner

- Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately

- Deliver food and beverages to residents in a timely and respectful way

- Ensure the dining area remains clean, organized, and welcoming

- Assist with setting up and clearing tables before and after meals

- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a hygienic environment

- Provide friendly and attentive service to enhance residents’ dining experience

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous serving or food service experience preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Compassionate and respectful attitude towards seniors

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and standards
