You will partner with senior leaders across Finance, Sales, Product, Operations, and Relationship Management to optimize pricing models and business outcomes.

The Director, Pricing Strategy will lead the development, optimization, and execution of pricing strategies that support business growth, profitability, and customer value. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, business judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Develop and manage B2B pricing strategies that support revenue growth, account expansion, and renewal objectives.
- Analyze client pricing sensitivity, market trends, and competitive positioning to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate pricing performance through win/loss analysis, fee trends, and data visualization to provide actionable insights.
- Create and refine pricing approval processes, including CRM workflows, decision frameworks, and profitability guidelines.
- Develop recommendations for complex pricing scenarios, renewals, implementations, and strategic account decisions.
- Support Sales and Relationship Management teams with profitability analyses and pricing guidance for high-value opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional discussions, committees, and working groups focused on pricing strategy and fee management.
- Partner with Finance, Product, Operations, Corporate Development, and other business leaders to improve pricing effectiveness.
- Identify operational efficiencies and recommend policy enhancements to strengthen pricing governance.
- Translate business challenges into structured analyses and strategic recommendations that improve financial outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a strategic finance or commercial leader with strong experience in pricing strategy, business analysis, and cross-functional decision-making. They should be comfortable working with complex data, influencing senior stakeholders, and developing solutions in a fast-moving environment.
- 10–12 years of experience in finance, sales operations, decision support, product strategy, or related business functions.
- Proven experience developing and executing B2B pricing strategies.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, profitability analysis, and P&L management.
- Experience analyzing pricing structures, market trends, and customer economics.
- Strong data analysis and data modeling skills with the ability to turn insights into business recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present strategies and recommendations to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and influencing abilities.
- Experience working within healthcare, financial services, or benefits-related industries is preferred.
- Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize competing initiatives, and drive measurable results.
- Comfortable working remotely while maintaining strong partnerships across teams.
- Competitive annual salary range of approximately $133,000–$173,000, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
