This is a high-impact Growth Marketing leadership opportunity focused on building and scaling acquisition strategies from the ground up.
The role combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and data-driven decision-making to accelerate growth across digital platforms.
You will be responsible for structuring growth funnels, implementing marketing systems, and transforming insights into measurable business and social impact.
Working in a fully remote environment, you will have autonomy to create processes, run experiments, and optimize customer journeys.
The position requires a builder mindset, with the ability to move quickly, test ideas, and deliver tangible results.
You will collaborate closely with leadership and external partners to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
The professional will lead the development and execution of the Growth Marketing strategy, creating scalable acquisition processes, optimizing performance, and establishing the foundations for a data-driven growth operation.
- Design and implement acquisition and engagement funnels across the customer journey, including top, middle, and bottom-of-funnel strategies.
- Define, monitor, and optimize key growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, average ticket size, and retention.
- Build and configure the marketing technology ecosystem, including analytics, CRM, and automation tools.
- Develop and execute experimentation strategies, including A/B testing for landing pages, checkout flows, and communication journeys.
- Create automated relationship flows through channels such as email, WhatsApp, and push notifications to improve engagement and retention.
- Manage, evaluate, and guide external partners, including paid media and SEO providers.
- Support the evolution of internal CRM and technology initiatives alongside development teams.
- Prepare and present monthly growth reports, ROI analysis, and performance insights directly to leadership.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and implement initiatives that increase acquisition, donations, and digital revenue.
The ideal candidate is a Growth Marketing professional with strong execution skills, experience building acquisition structures from scratch, and a data-oriented approach to solving business challenges.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Acquisition, Performance Marketing, or related areas.
- Proven experience designing and implementing acquisition processes and growth funnels from the beginning.
- Strong knowledge of conversion funnels, growth strategies, and performance metrics.
- Advanced experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, including the ability to audit and manage external partners.
- Experience using analytics tools such as GA4, advanced Google Sheets/Excel, BI platforms, and marketing automation or CRM solutions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
- Highly organized profile with the autonomy and discipline required for a fully remote environment.
- Hands-on attitude, ownership mindset, and comfort working in fast-paced environments with direct feedback.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with social impact initiatives, NGOs, or purpose-driven businesses.
- Background in marketplaces, e-commerce, fintech, crowdfunding platforms, or digital products.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools for productivity improvement and data analysis.
- Compensation of approximately R$ 9,000 per month under a PJ contract model.
- Performance-based variable compensation estimated between 20% and 50% of fixed compensation, linked to growth goals and business results.
